How long does it take to complete an order?

The standard time it takes to complete an order is 2 weeks, but this can vary based on the time of year, the nature of the order, and the availability of supplies. We will give you an estimate of when your order will be completed when you place it, as well as call you when it has shipped/is ready to be picked up.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but mainly to the US. Contact us to work out the details for internationally shipped orders.

What happens if my order gets broken in transit?

Our products are carefully packaged and sent with a responsible shipping carrier. In the unlikely even of a damaged package, we will work with the shipping company to secure compensation and repair or reproduce the damaged piece(s).

Do you blow glass?

No, we do glassworking. This includes cutting, engraving, melting, sandblasting, gluechipping, polishing, and a variety of other techniques. It generally does not encompass the actual creation of glass as a material, only its manipulation.
